Since I posted about Orange lipstick last week, I have found myself being drawn to the colour like a moth to a flame! So when I spied this little citrus hued floral sundress in someone else’s arms at a local thrift store, I made sure to (politely) hover in her vicinity in case she decided to skip it. Lucky for me, she did not purchase it.
After trying it on, I knew I had to take it home with me. The thing that surprised me the most about this frock was that it is not actually vintage, which it certainly appeared at first glance. Nope! Today, I visited a wonderful neighborhood vintage shop called “A Little Wicked”. I had heard many good things about this place and finally decided check it out to see what all the hub-bub was about.
Tucked away on East Houston Street, this little gem was created by Texas-born sisters Bianca and Robyn Moreno. Defined as “Every girls dream closet”, the shop is packed with great vintage pieces. Its a beautiful space filled with hand picked garments from the 50’s to the 90’s all neatly sorted and displayed by colour! Continue reading
